My "Subscription has expired"????

Okay so now, not only is my Site Advisor grey but my McAfee icon is also grey with a red "!" on it.  When I clicked to see what the problem was it said that my subscription has expired.  The odd thing is that I just activated it on May 29, 2013!  I went through my emails and found the "Thank you for activating...." email and it definitely is dated May 29, 2013.  I even have the 3 computer version and, so far, have only updated it on one computer.  Help...please!

Have a look at your account details and see what it says there. I think this is the correct login page :

Correction...I found my subscription information and it says that it's valid until May 28, 2014.   This is getting even stranger....

Re: My "Subscription has expired"????

A thought either call tech support or customer service either can help or uninstall teh currect copy and reinstall from your account again that should work.

Removal

Tech support

Another thought is did you have another antivirus installed previously if so did you remove it via its own removal tool. Failure to do that can mess up activation as well.

Re: My "Subscription has expired"????

Unfortunately, I can't seem to find a contact number to call for customer support.  I've clicked on "call" on the McAfee customer support page but it won't provide me with a number.  Also, I thought about uninstalling and reinstalling but (stupid question here) it should be able to tell that it's the same computer, right?  I mean, I don't want it to take up another one of my registrations.
