Hello. I have already tried this option and there is only a slot machine on the line, which always hangs up after pressing the option. I really don't know how to go on in a while the time when I can claim a refund expires. No one but you communicates with me and as I read on the forum I am not the only one who has a problem. Do I really have to deal with it through the police? There is no other way to solve it without problems.
