McAfee Event Log Errors Windows 10 ver 1115

The following errors started appearing in the event log 19 Nov. 2015 and show up for each boot-up, (cold start or restart).  MVT finds no problems.

Anyone else seeing this? Anyone else got a solution?

SUMMARY EVENTS:

Event ID 7009; A timeout was reached (30000 milliseconds) while waiting for the mfecore service to connect.

Event ID 7000; The mfecore service failed to start due to the following error:  The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion.
