License Expired

Hi, all! I'm new here and I really appreciate your help if you reply to my question here.

So, my problem is I have bought a McAfee license which will give me protection for 10 years. I bought it in March 2022, and the license will guarantee me the estimated protection until 2032. But, I have checked it just now that my license is expired, and so is the subscription. 

Can you guys tell me what possibly caused this? Because I'm completely clueless and need a solution for this.

We regret the inconvenience caused. Kindly help us with the renewal Order ID to verify the account. You can find the order ID in the purchase/renewal receipt.
