Home network computer "mark as trusted"?

Jump to solution

Are there any advantages of marking computers on a home network as trusted?  If I do this, can I later easily change back to the way it was before?

Yes you can change it back later, if you choose to. If you open your McAfee UI, and click on (Help)  You will see the following;  "For a Step-by-step Guide on using your security features, try reading our online help"

Click on (Help) below this statement, and it will take you to all of your McAfee Features. You can scroll down and select ( My Home Network) and it will explain all the features, and "How to manage your Home Network"

I found the information you mentioned by doing a Google Search for "McAfee My Home Network".  Thanks again.

For some reason, I get the same occurance on occasions. Simply click on it again and it should load the info.

When I say click on it again. I mean close your McAfee Security Center, and then open back up and go back to the (Help) link and click again. It should load, or always does for me....
