DEAF - problem with contact McAfee!!!

it was very hard to contact McAfee, I have contact by email but NO REPLY, contact through twitter, NO REPLY! tried chat online but they gave me phone number?! HOW THE HELL I CAN TALK TO THEM AS I'M PROFOUNDLY DEAF?!

Hopefully this community team able to help me!!

I have bought the Total Protection from McAfee's website last week for two years and £39.99 (offer) and installation/download but the serial number is incorrect?! 

I was suspected with the McAfee as I have pay £39.99 with different email address I can't change, it was @BTnetproctect.ac.uk which it was not my email? 

can you able to help?
