Dear McAfee team,
I've been trying to reach the customer support site for days via multiple devices/browsers but after some loading time I always end up with a blank page. I would like to request a refund for the auto-renewal subscription which got charged on June 10th. I would like to initiate it asap. Thank you.

On September 27, I received an email about a charge of $129 for the automatic renewal of the service. Of course, I immediately canceled the option of automatic subscription renewal, and when I logged into my bank account I was amazed to find out that you had already taken payment. I am not interested in the product. For several days I have been trying to reach you in every way and there is no answer in any way, not even on the phone that is advertised on the website! I'm asking you to help me, all in all I'm asking for a refund for something I have no use for and I didn't even know there was such a thing as automatic renewal. I would appreciate it if you could contact me as soon as possible.
I turned off anti-track on my Edge extension and I could load the page.
