I brought personal protection for one year two weeks ago. At the first time, i filled my credit card info on the web page, and sent it. BUT, the page return "please contact our service member". I have no idea what happened at the time. After checking my credit card aount, make sure it wasn't on the purchased list, I signed in my mcafee account and filled my credit card info to buy the same production again. At the second time, i got the correct response, and personal protection is working well.
After receiving my latest credit card bill, i found i have been charged twice for the same production. How could i do? Might i have some suggestion? Thanks.
