Is there away to run malwarebytes with toal prtection 2011?

The free version is fine as long as you keep it updated of course. The Pro version I'm not sure as its real-time protection could feasibly clash with that of McAfee VirusScan, although it shouldn't be a problem.
The only thing you will find it if ever you need to reinstall McAfee the installer will stop when it detects that and even if you skip it the installation will ultimately fail, so if you are ever in that situation, temporarily uninstall MalwareBytes.

Yes. Malwarebytes is more like a remover than a protector. They can run side by side with no problems.
There was also A time that Mcafee had to be Installed before Malwarebytes.So If you have Malwarebytes installed already I believe Mcafee needs to be installed first.Then you can download and install Malwarebytes.At least I had to remove my version Of Malwarebytes when they upgraded Mcafee Last.
