Hi,
MacAfee problems are back.
After the problem with Internet Connection, after the problem with vb, now I experience the Blank screen problem.
My MacAfee screen is white.
I tried some solutions suggested but in vain.
I use Windows 7.
And loosing time for those stupid problems is not satisfactory at all.
Solved! Go to Solution.
The problems are either that you've installed a certain type of font or Java/Javascript is corrupted, how is anyone's guess, but it can happen due to infection or use of registry cleaners for instance.
Try any or all the following soutionsfrom the 'Blank' link in my signature below:

McAfee AntiVirus Plus
Affected Products:

Affected Operating Systems:
Microsoft Windows 8
Microsoft Windows 7
Microsoft Windows Vista
Microsoft Windows XP
Problem
McAfee SecurityCenter fails to open, opens to a blank white screen, or you see a Java error. Other applications on your system might have the same issue.
Cause
This issue is often caused by problems with your Windows operating system. System files depend on one another to provide full functionality. If some of these components fail to register, for example, these interdependencies will fail to function.
Solution 1
If McAfee SecurityCenter displays a blank screen, it might be caused by an incorrect registry key that references jscript. Perform the following steps to download and run the script that fixes this.
Solution 2
Restarting your computer frequently resolves these types of issues, but deeper troubleshooting might be required. Perform each of the following solutions in order, then verify the issue is resolved. If your issue is resolved, you can stop there. If your issue persists, continue to the next solution.
Verify Java is installed and up-to-date
If the update tells you that you have the most current version, close the Java control panel and proceed to the next solution. If the update runs, restart your computer and try opening SecurityCenter again. If you still cannot view the SecurityCenter, proceed to the next solution.
Solution 3
Download and run the McAfee PreInstall Tool
Open SecurityCenter. If you are still unable to see the SecurityCenter screens, continue to the next solution .
Solution 4
Uninstall and reinstall your McAfee Security product using the procedure in article TS101331.
Solution 5
If you still cannot see SecurityCenter screens correctly after completing all of the previous solutions you might have an operating system problem. Perform the following steps and make a note of any errors you receive.
Open SecurityCenter again. If you still cannot see the SecurityCenter screens, contact Technical Support or your computer manufacturer with these errors for additional assistance.

Sommeral,
Kindly follow peter’s suggested steps, if still issue persists kindly disable the UAC by following the below Microsoft link and check the issue
http://windows.microsoft.com/en-in/windows-vista/turn-user-account-control-on-or-off
Hi sommeral,
Kindly follow above mentioned step's. If the issue persists ; I believe it could be the issue with the internet explorer. Might you are using windows 7 operating system with internet explorer version 9. So , uninstall version 9 from control panel - View installed updates - Windows internet explorer - Right click - Remove - Restart the computer.
Let us know the outcome.
Hi ExBritt,Karkhis and Nehal,
Many thanks.
I just finished yesterday with my troubles.
First I used the solution 4:
regsvr32 jscript9.dll
Then McAffee screens became visible.
Then I desinstalled Explorer 9 then the screns of other installations became visible.
I really appreciate your help.
Best regards
Now install IE10 which is available as an optional update in Windows Update. Make sure your add-ons are all up to date and also make sure that you always keep IE at its default settings.
Also, if you have been using registry cleaners at all, don't, as this is often the result.
