I have a similar problem with the auto-renewal being unexpected, and I am unable to afford the money that was taken from my account. I would love to continue this program in the future as I am in the process of switching from my old laptop to a MacBook, but I need some time to sort things out. I feel like I will not be in need of these services for a few months, and would really appreciate a refund for my auto-renewal that I will not be needing. Thank You!
