Ask for refund from autorenew

Hello

I am Napaporn from Thailand. My subscription will expire on April 2021 and I was billed for its renewal on 12 March 2021 through my credit card. So I need to refund. I had turned off the auto renewal option on 20 of March. In addition to that, I had contacted McAfee customer support online and requested a refund. After doing that I had received the following email: my Service Request 2934353947. and mail suggest to call support at 18004412010 and reference this service number.

Then I try to call above number several times but there only receive automatics response. I follow the automatics response until it told me to hold the line. I hold the phone until it stopped connection but no one received my call.

Now I don't know the other way to contact customer support to to get my refund. I am blank and  confuse.

Please kindly suggest to contact by other way. It will be highly appreciated if I receive a response from McAfee Customer Support.

Good day. I experienced the same. I don't know how else to contact McAfee to request for a refund  from autorenew. I was not aware that it has that feature. A renewal amount of 94usd was posted in my account. I can't use McAfee now because my laptop is broken so the anti-virus is no longer useful to me. Please help me. Thank you.
