Hello, after receiving notice that I was charged $129 for an automatic renewal through my PayPal that I had no knowledge of, I am requesting a refund. I cannot afford your services at this price and no longer wish to purchase from you at this time.
Please help me refund this transaction. I am unable to call customer service........all it does it ring & transfer & hang up

I have supplied information. I did not have any billing information in my account so I am not sure how you billed thru my paypal account.
