I have a 3 user subscription which recently came up for renewal. It renewed automatically and the new date shows up on my security center screen. The other user is my daughter who is away at college. When she looks at her security center screen, it is still showing the old date for expiration and she's concerned because it appears that she will be without protection in about 2 weeks! What do we need to do with her laptop so it reflects the new date? I should mention that she's been the 2nd user of the 3 user subscription for over 8 months now with no problems. I would have thought that when the subscription renewed, it would automatically be reflected on all users security center screens. Can anyone help us?

Hi Peter would it maybe speed things up if original posters daughter right clicks on the M in taskbar by the clock and clicks on verify subscription?

Thanks BigJ.
Thank you both for your helpful answers. All is well now and correct date is now showing up in the Security Center.
Glad it's OK now.
