Dear all,
2 days ago I have an issue regarding auto renewal service, so that i tried to access consumer services page but it's not working for me.
Every time I enter the customer service page it gives me a blank page, therefore I will not be able to solve my problem of refunding the withdrawn amount due to the automatic renewal process.
I have tried many options including deleting all history & cookies, also used incognito mode
Kindly help me

This failure is intentional, so that we cannot refund our money, and Not responding to our messages is the biggest proof of this.
They don't want to help.
(You may request a refund by contacting Customer Support within 30 days of initial purchase or within 60 days of automatic renewal (for 1 year terms or longer))
this is the terms of service, but you do not want to apply it.
