As per McAfee's Knowledge Base AT locked machines with Service Provider ID's 5000, 13200, 13100 (Result of ESU tool ) are eligible for Support from McAfee.
Thank you all for your help. The problem was solved entirely different way. Helped rewrite the BIOS.

i spent hours today between intel and mcaffee. My Sony vaio duo 13 came preinstalled with AT and I don't think I ever made a passphrase. i reset the battery today since I have a problem with the charging and it asks me this ... it says the platform is under attack it needs to generate password or sth like that. can you help me please?
