My friend died in a terrible bike accident 4 weeks ago.
His mother gave me his Laptop. It keeps telling us we where locked out from mcafee because of anything was expired....
We can only choose: User password (we don't know it) or token recovery (no Idear what this is).
He had anything on this laptop like pictures, email etc.
We need to get access to this stuff...
We also can proof that this is not a stolen laptop. We have the original invoice.
So this is a help request to the McAfee Support or anyone how can help us....

You can phone Customer Service and explain the situation and they will connect you with Technical Support.
