You need to call Mcafee mobile support they only can assist you. What language/country are you in.
There is a choice of language in that link for the mobile products. If you still have an issue contacting them i will email a tech to join in here but please try the support path first. You having proof of purchase is good

If not, when i open Notebook, it show only the same thing. Please suggest on how to get "Platform ID"
