Scanned Email Links And Attachments

Jump to solution

Scanned Email Links And Attachments in History And Logs is always empty. Should this show all detections or just threats? I occasionaly get mail marked spam (Outlook Express) so assume antispam is working, whenever I click on the 'Learn More' link:-

http://download.mcafee.com/products/webhelp/4/2057/?appid=MSC&applist=MSC,VSO,MPF,MSAD,msk,MPS,mnm,n...

It just times out on Firefox and doesn't connect on IE8. This happens on all the 'Learn More' links on Security Center.

Scanned Email Links And Attachments in History And Logs is populated by Virus Scan when some threats are detected, but this is independent from Anti-Spam processing. Anti-Spam can log to Webmail Filtering there, if some web mail accounts are set up. I just tried the link you posted and it worked fine for me, maybe there was server outage at some point, please try again.
