For all I know, you should have at least one account per subscription. If I am wrong, then tell me the right one.
Hansi45,
I apologise - the info I gave you yesterday was not 100% accurate (so I've deleted that post to avoid confusion). This is the info as I've been told as of today:
The Anti-Spam product *will* support multiple email accounts within a single email client, and each of them can have it's own Inbox and corresponding McAfee Anti-Spam folder. You should be able to Mark as Spam from any of the Inboxes and Mark As Not Spam from any of the McAfee Anti-Spam folders.
Where I think you may be running into problems is that we only support Pop3 and Exchange accounts, not IMAP accounts.
Could you please check if your email account is IMAP? If it is an IMAP account, can you test with 2 standard POP3 or Exchange accounts (if you have them, of course) to see if you have the full Mark As Spam functionality in both accounts on the same email client?
I changed each of the same email account on my desktop pc and laptop.
The IMAP account was changed to a POP3 account.
Unfortunately, my email accounts are set up as an IMAP account, because I want these advantages benefit.
The only way I can fully and always have access to the accounts with different computers from anywhere defined.
