Hi,
After installing Mcafee Livesafe it did not find any viruses, but later I found out that it had installed a spamfilter in Outlook, and had moved several very important mails to the spamfilter (McAfee Anti-Spam). I have tried to disable it (see attached file), but it hasn't stopped it from removing important mails - even if I put them back into my inbox, it still moves it back to the spam-folder.
Is my only option to uninstall Mcafee and consider the money lost, and avoid Mcafee in the future? Or can I at least disable this incredible annoying function? I have tried a few times to figure out how to contact Mcafee, hopefully this works...
Best regards,
Christian

Please check the Anti-spam options under Privacy Menu.
Please let us know the Outlook version and McAfee version installed in the PC.
Microsoft Office 365 - automatically updated. Attached picture of Mcafee.
To disable Anti-spam:
> Open McAfee main console
> At the top right hand corner click the "Gear wheel" sign
> Select Anti-spam in the menulet
> Click Turn OFF
Note: You can also select: "Leave email in the Inbox option" in Email Processing menu.
As far as I can see it IS turned up? At least the box is not checked? If I check it, it seems it is adding the functionality?
