What happens when you re-build your machine or migrate to another machine - how do you take your blacklist with you?
Maybe put this as an idea in the ideas area. McAfee watch the suggestions there and some have been added to the released version if a lot like the idea.
It works on a friends list (whitelist) rather than a blacklist and that basically would be your address book with manual adjustments of course. As Tony says put in a suggestion or give Technical Support a call for some clarification. I don't use it myself so it may be a good idea to do so and it's free of charge.
