2 questions. Antispam filter and cryptojacking

The first question is about cryptojacking. I thought about trying a new antivirus and was wondering if McAfee is trusted enough, started reading different threads and found one from 2018 with a negative review on how McAfee is bad in detecting cryptojacking malware. Like it will only detect it in browser cash if you scan these cash files manually. Is that true? If there's research from 2019-2020 how McAfee is handling this, I'd appreciate it if someone shared the link.

And the second thing is about McAfee AntiSpam. Is there an option to set up keywords like "Dear Sir" to put outreach emails tp spam folder right away. I own a review website (PrimeSound) and my info@domain(.)org address is full of these spammy emails that's the most common pattern for all the guys from India.
