Wrong email

Hello, i yesterday purchased 799rs subscription. But I accidentally typed mail rather than email in the email section. I still have the receipt link (everytime I open link...it is goiing white)and transaction screenshot. Please help me.

Es neta que la respuesta es "le envié un mensaje privado" (que obvio no podemos ver) y con eso se considera solucionado el problema?

I'm having the same problem, the chat bot isn't working and I keep getting cut off on the phone please help me change my email, I can't acess the subscription I have paid for
