Unable to login

I am unable to login in to my account.

I enter my details, then I am supposed to be sent a one time passcode to my mobile contact number, but it never arrives?.

I have tried another option, which is to send the code by email which I do receive, but after I enter the code the next page to appear is the same as before stating a code will be sent to my phone number, which I never receive. Can someone please help me login.

This problem has been ongoing for more than two weeks.

I am due to renew soon, if I don’t have a solution I will not renew and move to another provider!

I think I have solved the problem I have been having, I was unable to login to my McAfee account as the 2 step authentication code would never arrive?.
Well I have discovered that if you have “ Relay optimised on your Apple product in iCloud” then this is the problem as it is blocking accesses.
I turned mine of temporarily to try, and now I can receive the code required to login.
So much for McAfee getting back to us with an idea!

Hi @Jim2095 , 

We apologize for the inconvenience. 

McAfee is already aware of the issue where few users are not receiving code for 2-Factor Authentication while logging in to the McAfee account. We will let you know once the issue is fixed.

@Abhishek_Das @Thanks for your quick reply, could I ask will I personally be contacted when the fix is in place or do you mean a general notification will be put out.

Hi Jim,

That's not working in my issue, I tried with windows also same issue.
