I am unable to login in to my account.
I enter my details, then I am supposed to be sent a one time passcode to my mobile contact number, but it never arrives?.
I have tried another option, which is to send the code by email which I do receive, but after I enter the code the next page to appear is the same as before stating a code will be sent to my phone number, which I never receive. Can someone please help me login.

McAfee is already aware of the issue where few users are not receiving code for 2-Factor Authentication while logging in to the McAfee account. We will let you know once the issue is fixed.
