I am having the same login problem as mentioned by some community contributors here.
I had enabled my 2FA which had worked well in the past. In the past one week or so, I have not been able to receive the 6-digit SMS verification code on my cellular phone. As such, I am unable to log in to my account.
I have raised the issue with McAfee customer service (service request number 1-147863731). Through the 2 chats I had with its representatives on 13 Jun 2023, I noted that the issue has not really been resolved. Meanwhile, I would not have access to my account.
To address the issue, I would do away with the 2FA and rely on my email ID and OTP sent to my email to access my account.
I would therefore like to request McAfee to disable my 2FA at your end (since I am unable to log in to my account to effect any changes). McAfee may communicate with me via my email registered with McAfee to verify my identity. Thank you.

The issue has ben taken care and also we have sent reset password link. Kindy check your email inbox which you have registered with McAfee. Please reset the new password for your account and you can login to your account without any issues.

I am still unable to log in after many months of raising tickets, calling the McAfee helpline and posting on this forum. Resolving this 2FA issue for customers is not being taken seriously by McAfee.
