I have the McAfee Security though T-Mobile. I noticed about 2 weeks ago that there was a red dot over the icon for McAfee. I clicked on it, it asked me to verify my number which I did with no problem. Then I had an icon to click for login. I clicked it and as screen came up saying Oops try again, so I did and it just kept doing that. Once I hit the two l retry button multiple times it indicated error 401. I texted T-Mobile and they had me do series of things, clearing cache, uninstalling and reinstalling the app and nothing they did helped. They checked to make sure my account was still active which it is. So I called McAfee Support and all they did was send me a link too change my password. I did that but that isn't the issue here. For what ever reason the app has an issue where it will not let me log in, I don't even get a screen to input they information. I've shared screen shots of the pages with T-Mobile just so they know what I'm seeing. But they are saying it's McAfee's issue not theirs. Is anyone else suffering through the same problem? Has McAfee had anything to say about it as I've read enough reviews to see that maybe are having the same or similar issues. I tried emailing the app support email and it just bounced right back to me. I'm having a hard time believing that they don't know if but from my more like they don't care

Will I be notified directly or though the community?
No this is not a solution, I'm just accepting this answer that someone is looking into this issue. Though I can't believe it is taking this long to come up with a solution! This issue in many different ways has been around for a while!
