Somebody please help.

Ok, so I bought a new laptop last month along with a years subscription, however for some reason after activating it they gave me an additional 1 month free trial that expires today, I`ve been bombarded with emails recently asking me to buy the full package before my trial ends to stop me losing my protection. even though my subscriptions on my account show both the free trial and the fully paid up one that expires next January. 

Now for some unknown reason I`m unable to access my services including important scans, it`s driving me nuts.
