Renewed Subscription - Payment taken - No email confirmation

I renewed my subscription online (it has expired 35 days) 

The payment came off my credit card

I had 12 debit and credit payment of USD 1 dollar taken off and finally a debit ofUSD 56.99

I am in SOuth Africa

I still havent received email so i can verify that I have paid and am protected

Where do I email to get this resolved

Hi Hara

I have sent 2 other messages asking why I was debited usd 57 dollars when I clicked on the offer for USD 49. Therefore I should be credit 9 USD.. The equivaletn I paid was over Rand 1000 which is very high amount considering Avast and other services are offering Rand 400


I also have never received an email from Mcafee confirming my subscription was renewed for another year
