Renewal Messages

I am getting renewal messages to two Emails w.r.to McAfee for the same device I am using. I have renewed the subscription for the product registered with one Email. But I think there is another registration of the product with the other Email. Now renewal is requested for the second registration. But the device is the same. How to avoid this confusion?

We have checked your both the account and noticed under both the accounts Auto-renewal is turned off that means you wouldn't  be charged from McAfee.
