Protected Devices not Shown in Account Manager

Seems like months since I flagged this issue via the community, with phone calls to tech support, and using on-line chat. My Account, showing protected devices does not list two laptops, which have mcafee installed, and enable me to run scans, enable VPN, etc., but inaccurate status.

Have a direct line to someone at McAfee who knows what they are doing wrt tech support? Here's a summary of response (p/o online chat; forum doesn't seem to allow pasting) with Jose V. weeks ago re: this. ' ...previous case 1-147718231 was escalated to our Tier 2 dept. ...agent will contact within 24-48hrs'. As expected, no reply.

I have this exact same problem.  It's so annyoying that you can't ring and speak to someone to sort it out! Pathetic!
