Not entitled to self refund

Hello, i need help. I want to cancel my subscription and request for refund. Can any mcafee team help me to this matter. I want to unsubscribe auto renewal subscription which have been charged today and get my refund.

I have problem when trying to unsubscribe, a pop up come out saying that I'm not entitled to make self refund under FCCA Act. Why could this happen to me, it does not make sense to me.
