I'm writing to complain about your unsubscription service.
I tried one of your products on a free "try-before-you-buy" basis, but found the product cost to be well outside what I feel is reasonable.
I've wasted an hour of my time on my mobile phone to try to contact your Australia customer support, and the line is consistently busy.
I've looked through your website support, and found the process to be completely circular - you are led back to rote FAQ answers.
Your Facebook link is broken, and I had to search for other ways to contact you.
Very unhappy with this poor service that is wasting my time and money.
