Never Ending Subscription Renewal Requests

I am about at the end of my rope re: my relationship w/ McAfee

No matter what I purchase from McAfee to protect my laptop I'm constantly being hit w/ renewal warnings or being told i have no subscriptions.

What am I doind wrong?

We apologize for the inconvenience. It seems that the old product is still installed on your device and that is the reason the renewal popups are appearing. We would request you to kindly uninstall the McAfee app from your device by following the steps in the below article.
