I accidently added another subscription that just expired recently & I need to get it removed

I have a 5-year subscription to your company which came with a purchase from Curry's in UK.
I logged into that account and changed my e mail address in my account which I used when I tried to contact you about merging accounts with a free trial account I got with the purchase of a laptop. Or putting my new laptop on my 5-year account? Instead, you did not seem to change my e mail account and I now seem to have two accounts?
I want my 5-year account to continue with my desktop and my laptop on that account. The account using the e mail account I tried to change my 5-year profile to!
I have tried to sort this out on your website, but your customer relations are poor. need to have a phone number and speak to a human. Please sort and e mail me the answer!
