My subscription got expired!

My subscription got expired & no I clicked 'buy now' but it is not coming. On the other hand, when I click 'check for updates (which is right beside 'buy now'), it does come. I want to subscribe again but how do I do that? Please help me out, thank you.

You could do it online on your account page - right-click the taskbar icon and select 'View my account" or contact Customer Service using online chat.
