Money deducted from bank but not received any subscription

Hi,

Recently I made a purchase for McAfee live safe subscription worth of 899 INR. When I made the payment, amount was deducted from my card but in your web site it was shown transaction unsuccessful and not able to get any subscription. Please 

 

Attaching my transaction email for your reference. Please resolve this asap

Me too, I have Mcafee account but no longer subscription, Mcafee keep deduct money from my card.
