Hello!
Last year I have contacted the customers support, because Mcafee charged my credit card without consent and active subscription. I canceled a long time ago (see screenshot).
Today they have done it again, that is over 350$ in illegally collected fees only from me. What if that is happening in a larger scale?
I am expecting that somebody from the support will contact me immediately or I will file a complaint with the european authorities.

My father cancelled his subscription in 2020 and every year since we get the renewal charge on his extension. I complained with McAfee and they didn't do anything. I have to email the credit card company the print screen of my dad's laptop with the subscription cancelled for over 2000 days 😞
I tried to reply you with the DM, but it says that I have reached the limit for number of private messages even though I have not even send one DM (as you can see in the second screenshot)
Hey thanks for your message, I have suspected this. Wish some more people would see this thread and write that they have had the same illegal experience. Would be good for obtaining some actual evidence that this is intentional.
