McAfee Total protaction Subscription Upgrade Issue

To whom it may concern, I am writing to you today to report an issue with my McAfee subscription upgrade. On January 19, 2024, I purchased an upgrade from McAfee Total Protection to McAfee Individual. I received a confirmation email for the purchase, and my payment was processed successfully. However, when I logged into my McAfee account, I saw that I now had two separate subscriptions: one for McAfee Total Protection and one for McAfee Individual. I should only have one subscription, for McAfee Individual. I would appreciate it if you could look into this issue and resolve it as soon as possible. I am a paying customer, and I expect to receive the service that I paid for. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.
