After months of appaling service, and poor software, ive come to the end of my tether, and want to completely cancel and remove all billing info that you have on my account.
I logged into my account and saw that the ''Auto Renewal'' was turned on, even though i had turned it off some months ago. Is this your way of getting money these days?
Also i cannot seem to remove my billing information from the account page.
If i end up being charge for a product i dont even use anymore, then i will take this further.
Get back to me asap on how to do this, and im not wasting my time on the phone to customer support.

You'll have to contact Customer Service directly and phone is the fastest method, followed by online chat and the slowest is email.
I know what I would pick, phone.
