How to turn OFF auto renewal

When I try to turn OFF auto renewal it tells me that I am about to cancel my membership.

I'd prefer to keep my membership but I do want to turn auto renewal off.

Also, if someone could provide me with an email address for McAfee support it would be appreciated. I will not be downloading any "chat" program.

The advice above does not take me to a "turn off auto renewal" It takes me to a "end my membership" option.

Please have a look o this problem and provide the correct solution. There MUST be away to turn auto renew off.

In order to get the Auto Renew turned off I had to call McAfee directly via the number on my credit card statement. Then the very helpful support person, Gene, was able to turn it off for me.
