How do I remove expired subscriptions from my account?

My account lists expired subscriptions, which have been replaced with current subscriptions. How do I remove the expired subscriptions from my account? I'm also getting notifications that I'm 60+ days unprotected (using an old subscription that expired).

Can we have a link in our accounts that will enable us to removed expired and irrelevant subscriptions?

I am having the exact same issue. Obviously this is something McAfee should be more forward with helping then sending out private messages.  How do I fix this issue?

I have another subscription already, but I continue to get reminders regarding my old one.

I undertand that you will provide the info via email.

Thanks,

Re: How do I remove expired subscriptions from my account?

Please send me the instructions to permanently remove expired subscriptions. I would much appreciate the means to remove these erroneous message from my computer.

The feedback I have on this particular issue is that for some years now that I have been using McAfee, I have been happy with the software's protection, but the relatively incessant reminders that my subscription has expired when I know full well it has not, it reaching a tipping point for me.  I have 3 expired subscriptions and so at times I have been inundated on a daily basis with desktop popup messages to renew.  I am not sure McAfee understand how utterly annoying this can be especially after I have fallen victim to a renewal message when my current subscription has not expired at least once already.  It feels like a bait and switch or an intentional effort on the part of McAfee to take advantage of the mistake and benefit from the sale of an unnecessary duplicated renewal.

I highly suggest you fix this process or make clear instructions available and easy procedure to remove expired subscriptions.  Thank you.

How to remove devices from your account

How to remove devices from your account

The only issue is how to recognise what device is inactive. See if this can help you.

Re: How do I remove expired subscriptions from my account?

Sorry but this process was not applicable to my problem. The expired subscriptions are not associated with inactive devices. There is only one device in use.
