Help w Multi Access


Im am reposting this because did not receive much of a response in an earlier post. See below for attached images with all my system information and McAfee version.

So I have a Multi Acess McAfee Security subscription that I get from my bank's fraud insurance protection, up to 3 devices. I had my phone, windows laptop and an available slot and all worked well. After having to reinstall my phone I registered it again and it picked up as a new device, no problem since I had an extra slot. I had to redo my phone one more time and the account was not taking any new subscriptions since it was full. Uninstaller the app on the phone or on the laptop did not release a slot in the account and I saw no way to delete them from my account subscriptions so I asked a chat representative to erase all devices registered in my account to reinstall all my devices and he did. I was able to reinstall my phone and no issues, it works fine and the device shows in my account.  


Now the problem was my windows 11 laptop. I downloaded the app from my account and after installing it immediately says account is Deactivated or expired, and it does not appear on my devices. I asked a chat representative for help 3 different times and they all tried to wipe the installation from my laptop via remote control. No luck, even after Uninstalling, restarting, using MCPR tool to remove all McAfee products And reinstalling it will only stay active for a couple of minutes and work, then it deactivates again, and it asks to renew a subscription, the device is never logged in my account, even when it is obviously still active. Help! Anyone know what I could do? The chat reps seem to have run out of options so I'm coming here for help. Thanks in advance !

Hi! I replied to the PM yesterday,  waiting for the call still. I hope to get a senior customer service tech because the last 3 sessions I had did not provide a solution, so someone much knowledgeable is needed.Thank you.

Hi, post update, I managed to get a chat rep to escalate and within 2 days a next tier specialist will contact me and I'll post any progress here to share with the community, thanks!
